F. Christopher Ford, President of C3 Design Alliance

Chris enjoys his work with over 25 years of experience in all phases of professional architecture services including: project architect, project manager, team leader and designer of various educational, commercial, residential, public safety and government projects.

A leading figure in the public safety community, his way in the tradition of "client first", is part of the firm culture. The mission of C3DA has always been to provide client-based professional services, with a focus on predesign planning, facility programming and architectural design.

As a member of the American Institute of Architects, Chris was past Co-Chair of the Small Business Committee for the San Francisco Chapter 2000 – 2004. During those years, The Small Firms Great Projects undertaking captured the attention of San Francisco Magazine.

Chris received his Bachelors of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. A resident of San Francisco, he is a strong believer in contributing to the community. Chris and his family regularly volunteer in the San Francisco Richmond and Cow Hollow community Districts where they enjoy their home, school and office.
